Go With the Flow Yoga Journey
You will be blown away by Croatia’s charm and beauty with over 1,000 islands each having its own unique character and charm. The untouched beauty is simply mesmerizing, the water is so crisp and clear, it’s almost as if you’re in a dream!
Your journey begins on five-star MS Premier she is a luxury yacht built brand new for the 2020 season she has the latest state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive amenities. The MS Premier has a maximum capacity of just 36 passengers, due to her small size and limited passenger numbers allow for an intimate cruise to some of the most popular destinations along the spectacular Adriatic Coast.
The MS Premier has an abundance of space and public areas including the restaurant-salon with its large windows, comfortable seating, bar and dining facilities with an outdoor terrace. The majority of leisure time on-board is spent on the huge sun deck with its plunge pool, sun-chairs, and large shaded area. To make the most of every swimming opportunity there is a platform at the rear of the ship with a ladder for easy access to the water.
Throughout your excursion, look forward to lots of fantastic mouthwatering meals onboard, served on a half-board basis. A wide selection of hot and cold foods are offered every morning along with multi-course lunches or dinners. Unlimited coffee, tea, and still water on board the yacht. There is also a bar onboard where you can purchase additional drinks payable at the end of the excursion.
The adventure doesn’t stop there, we will also head to the mountains to see Plitvice Lakes I believe it would be a crime to visit Croatia and not visit this natural beauty. This National Park has earned its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List, blessed as it is with the special natural beauty of a string of gorgeous lakes and waterfalls.
We all desire an extraordinary life, but it is the very few who actually take an initiative to catalyze profound experiences. It is the rare individual who is willing to break up the monotony of everyday life, you have an opportunity now!
“A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions.” – Oliver Wendell Holmes
"Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer"
Our schedule Each day we pull up anchor and cruise through the beautiful ocean waters stopping for a swim here and there cruising 3-5 hours daily, we then anchor every day in a new port, we stay anchored until the next morning. We have sightseeing adventures scheduled running 1, 2 maybe 3 hours the rest of the time you are FREE to EXPLORE the old towns or lay back on our beautiful yacht. Plitvice Lakes we are touring longer, however, our hotel is one of the few at the Lakes, therefore, you can go back to the hotel at any time if you want.
Daily yoga somewhere....our main yoga studio is the top floor Sundeck under the early morning sun or the evening stars, surrounded by the magnificent beauty, there will be days we decide to do yoga on the breathtaking beaches, we will also have a chance to meditate deep in the magical forest.
Light / Moderate activity level Travelers should be in good health and comfortable walking or standing for extended periods of time. You will encounter some uneven surfaces, cobbled streets, stairs, and steep slopes. Some hiking may be required to access some sites.
Please Note: Due to specific mooring conditions and requirements in some Croatian ports, ships are moored side by side. This makes it necessary to cross from one ship to the other where there are gaps in between each ship. Special care must be taken at all times when crossing between the vessels and guests do this at their own risk. Crew assistance will be given to those needing and requesting it. Not recommended for those in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
* Participation in classes and activities is optional throughout the retreat.
What we think we know: We have a rough idea of where we'll be going and what islands we'll be visiting including some amazing sightseeing tours: Dubrovnik, National Park Mljet, Korcula, Hvar, Split, National Park Krka, Zadar, National Park Kornati, Plitvice Lakes, and Zagreb.
What we aren’t sure of Lots of interesting stops along the way, that is the benefit of having our own private yacht, we'll stop at what we find interesting and enticing. The itinerary could change given the direction of the wind and our interest. We'll stop for impromptu swims in the ocean, pristine bays, snorkeling spots, just overall cool places! One of the hardest skills to master in Life, going with the flow, after this journey YOU WILL MASTER GOING WITH THE FLOW OF LIFE.

How is Health and Safety Measures being taken care of?
Our small yacht-like cruise ships only hold a maximum of 36 passengers and are nothing like the large international cruise liners. Croatian cruises are domestic cruises only (within Croatia) and these ships do not leave Croatian waters at all.
Extra safety and cleaning measures will now be undertaken, hand-washing stations added, increased cleaning of public areas, allocated deck chairs/sun loungers, and so on.
Croatia is also included in the ‘Safe Travels’ Global Safety Stamp Protocols:
As we get closer to the date we will continue to have updates. Keeping everyone safe is our highest priority, depending on where we stand with COVID, you may be asked to take a test 72 hrs prior to our travel. You will also be required to follow any other safety protocols recommend during our trip. If this is not ok with you please do NOT book this trip.
What if I don't know anyone going on the Retreat?
You will be surrounded by a phenomenal group of like-minded people. A close-knit, community will quickly develop and last beyond our time together! If you are traveling alone, we will do our best to match you with another traveler of the same gender. If for some reason, we are not able to match a roommate for you, a single supplement will apply We make no promise or guarantee that we can match you with a roommate (for the double occupancy rate) on any given trip.
What is the weather like in Croatia in September? Croatia in September is an average high of 75 to 84 degrees and a low of 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
What are the passport and visa requirements? For Americans. U.S. citizens carrying a tourist passport and in possession of an onward or return airline ticket do not require a visa to enter The passport must have at least six months validity remaining to be allowed entry.
Are any inoculations required?
At this time no shots are required, of course, we recommend that you be up to date on all of your vaccinations. Any specific inoculation or health questions should be directed to your personal physician.
Will there be wifi?
How many people are expected on this retreat?
We are planning a maximum of 36 passengers.
Are gratuities included?
No, gratuities are not included in the price of your program. Throughout the week, you will have a Cruise Manager, Ship crew, and guides who will be assisting you on each of your excursions. Below is only a recommended guideline for you if you are happy and want to tip. You will be given 2 envelopes at the end of the cruise, one for the Cruise Director and one that includes the rest of the Crew (to be shared between them).
Gratuity guideline per person:
Cruise manager = USD 4-6 per passenger per day
Ship crew = USD 6-9 per passenger per day and is distributed to all the crew
Local guide = USD 1-3 per passenger per half day of sightseeing
What meals and drinks are included?
Meals are Half-Board - Continental Breakfast is included daily. Please review the daily schedule to see which lunches & dinners are included. Note the lunches on the yacht are 4 courses, therefore dinner on your own you will probably be eating light.
Water, tea, and coffee are included, other drinks (such as juices, soft drinks, beer, wine, etc) are not included and can be purchased on board at the bar.
What if I've never done Kundalini Yoga?
No Problem! The focus is not just yoga - normally yoga is taught once or twice per day depending on our itinerary and the excursions and meals are just as much a part of the theme as yoga. All Levels Yogi are welcome. No previous experience is necessary. This retreat is perfect for both the beginner, as well as the seasoned Kundalini yogi. If you practice from another school of yoga, we encourage you to come.
Do I need to bring my own mat?
Yes, you will need to bring your own mat, and any additional props you may need. You do not need an expensive yoga mat for this journey, we recommend you purchase a cheap one, that you could leave behind if you wanted.
What else do I need to bring?
We recommend packing lightly! The dress code on our cruise is casual and comfortable. We do have a Cabin's Dinner scheduled, many like to dress a little more than casual for that event, you decide what is best for you. You will receive an additional packing list 30 days prior to departure. Below are things to think about.
You will encounter some uneven surfaces, cobbled streets, stairs, steep slopes, and slippery surfaces. Some hiking may be required to access some sites.
Shoes: It is advised to bring sturdy walking shoes for sightseeing excursions.
If you are planning on a beach or ocean swimming, please remember that Croatia is full of pebble beaches and rocky shores, so please take some water shoes with you. Or you can purchase them at Split or Dubrovnik Harbour kiosks, along the walkway from the pier to the beach at Bol, or in small shops in Korcula and Hvar.
Clothes: The weather is mild, so pack some t-shirts, shorts, light pants, summer dresses, yoga clothes, and of course swimsuits. We also recommend bringing some clothes for possible cooler mornings & evenings (e.g. windbreaker, light jacket, light sweaters, or similar)
