FAQ's

What do I need to bring/wear? 

​

We encourage you to wear loose, comfortable clothing (layering is always a smart option). We do ask that you remove your shoes once on location, so please feel free to bring a pair of socks or slippers with you to wear. 

 

During your Breathwork Soundbath session, we asked that you make yourself very very comfortable, this session is around 2 hours of pure bliss, please bring your own yoga mats, pillows, and blankets and anything else you may need to be comfortable.

​

Suggestions:
 

  • Journal, Pen & Scissors

  • Water & Snacks

  • Mug with a lid for yummy hot tea

  • Yoga Mat and any additional props you may need

  • Yoga Clothes (layering is always a smart idea) 

  • Sun Hat & Sun Glasses 

  • Open heart and mind
     

What time is retreat check-in & check-out?
Doors open at 9:00 am event starts at 9:30 am, please arrive a little early so you can settle in before we start.  Check-out time is 4:30 pm

FROM THE WESTSIDE:

     • West on Santa Monica Fwy. (10)

     • North on Pacific Coast Highway (1)

     • Right on Topanga Canyon Blvd. (27)

     • Drive about 10 minutes

     • Right on Cheney Drive

     • (Avoid veering left onto Paradise Lane)

     • Left on Callon Drive to 20421

 

FROM THE VALLEY:

     • Get on Ventura Fwy. (101/134)

     • Exit South on Topanga Canyon Blvd. (27)

     • Drive about 10 minutes

     • Left on Cheney Drive

     • (Avoid veering left onto Paradise Lane)

     • LEFT on Callon Drive 

     • Drive One city Block to 20421 Callon Drive
