Where does one start

​Let's start with today, I'm a Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Breathwork & Sound Healing Alchemist and Retreat Architect—basically, your guide to living your best life, inside and out. 

​

I'm all about helping others live healthy, adventurous, and joy-filled lives. I blend ancient wisdom with modern practices, offering grounding and uplifting experiences. Think of it as a blend of mindfulness and a dash of magic. The most exciting part of what I do is seeing people light up with transformation!

How did I end up where I am today? A spiritual crisis led me on a journey to change my life. Let's go back to the beginning so you know a little more about me.

That brings us to the next question? How do these two come together?
The Vietnam War was a time many considered a tragedy
For me a blessed time for I was created in 1970.

Yes, that makes me a war baby.


I grew up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota...

Yep, I’m also a Small Town Girl.

South Dakota….I ask my dad this question all the time,
of all the places, I end up in the coldest place on earth!

Just a glimpse of life in South Dakota:
long, harsh, brutally cold winters, beautiful short-lived spring
hot humid mosquito-infested summers, bug spray was my perfume
Colorful short-lived falls, and then back to long, harsh, cold winters

Now, as you can imagine, I didn’t fit into South Dakota, 

Coming from the tropics of Vietnam

I had Big Dreams to someday Move far away...

And ...I did

Paradise, sunny California

I have to be honest; Big City Paradise was quite a culture shock

My first mission: get a job….

It didn’t go well.. a little harder than I thought
I ended up in Corporate America
where I realized I was limited to someone else’s dream.

Baby steps: I started small
To create my own dream

I opened a little retail cart in the mall

Eventually

I went big and became

the Halloween Queen

With a 15,000 ft stores

Seasonal of course​

only working four months a years

 

Did I mention I got married? Well I did
But then became a statistic the divorce statistic that is


It broke my heart...
It was pain that led me on my Spiritual journey

​

I wanted answers about love & life

Lucky for me, I was the Halloween Queen 

only working four months a year

The rest of the year, I devoted myself to getting answers about love and life.

I’ve traveled the world in search of answers
My favorite place is Thailand

The happiest place on search, Sorry Disneyland

I am Certified as a Coach, educating from the heart.

I have my Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology

I'm Certified in not one but four yoga traditions Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

I've studied in-depth Meditation & Breath techniques, 
I’ve done Impact Training, Landmark Education,

and of course, I've studied Tantra,

you can't study love without Tantra, right?
The list goes on and on...



some say I'm kinda of a training junkie,

I prefer to call myself a training devotee 

My favorite Vipassana Meditation is ten days of pure silence

just me and my heart

I am grateful to have studied with many world-renowned teachers…Alison Armstrong, David Dieda, Dr. Pat Allen, Dr. Ron & Mary Hulnick, David Swenson, Guru Singh,  Krishna, Gurmukh, Kia Miller, Dr. Grof and many others

With all my training, I’d have to say the best teacher has been “the teacher of life”

It is all the life issues that turned into blessings that taught me the most.

This is what I’ve come to figure out…​

I am a pure soul a white light

I will always be a pure soul  that will never change

 

As our life experiences happen
​everything is for our growth

Being a minority…

Not having any friends…

Having a learning disability…
Hating where I lived...
Getting a job…hating it

Getting fired not once but twice
Getting married...getting divorced

The list goes on and on…
One thing never changed: the pure, loving soul I am

​Every moment, we have a choice

​I choose to enjoy the show

 

We are here on earth to learn
Everyone will Graduate from 

Earth's Learning School​

​So, who am I?
A war baby, a small-town girl, a minority, a girl with a little disability, a business owner, or a yoga teacher? I say I am a pure loving soul, a white light, always have been always will be
You and I are one in the same, white lights, here on eath to learn.

I believe I will always be a student in life. Life is constantly changing, and there are new problems. Wait, did I say problem? I meant to say that new life lessons are always coming my way. I say, bring it on; I got this!



Now that you know me, is it time for me to know you?

I can’t remember who told me this, "when you are ready, the teacher will appear" 



Because you are reading this, I have a hunch you are ready to fulfill your highest dreams. You don’t have to do it alone. The main difference between people who reach their dreams and those who don’t is support.

I finally had the courage to follow my dream

I AM A TEACHER

No more ghosts & goblins, ONLY angels & Guides.

I am no longer the Halloween Queen;

I now teach what I most need to learn: Love in all its forms.
Love for Work, Family, Friends, Intimate Relationships, and most importantly, love for self.

This means the Princess/Lioness of God who is the Beloved Friend of the Guru, who teaches others with wisdom, and who walks with grace and courage throughout her life.
 
I feel truly blessed to have found my life's purpose and feel honored to hold the space as each student finds their way from the dark to the light.
