KUNDALINI & AYURVEDIC RESET

Our mantra for this journey is the powerful Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru
This mantra connects us to the creative energy of the universe and our true identity. We'll practice the Long Ek Ong Kar version, a deeply transformative meditation that aligns the chakras, clears emotional blocks, awakens the Kundalini, and elevates consciousness. By chanting this mantra, you’ll experience a deeper sense of inner peace, heightened intuition, and a stronger connection to your purpose. This meditation has the potential to enhance vitality, balance the nervous system, and bring clarity to your mind.
CLEANSE THE BODY
OPTIONAL GENTLE AYURVEDA CLEANSE
Ayurvedic Medicine is the sister science of yoga.
It is one of the oldest holistic (“whole-body”) healing systems, developed over 5,000 years ago.
In Ayurveda Medicine, fall is a Vata season: it’s getting colder, and the qualities of dryness, constriction, and roughness increase in nature and our system, too! The efficacy of our immune system reduces, and a detox strengthens us so we can combat colds, allergies, digestive disturbances, and weight gain, all effects characteristic of winter (a Kapha season)
KITCHARI CLEANSE - Kitchari means mixture. We will mix rice and mung dal with yummy spices to encourage healthy agni (digestive fire). It is so easy to digest, giving your system a break to restore and heal itself. The combination of rice and mung dal provides all the amino acids needed to form a complete protein. The protein content of kitchari supports stable blood sugar levels so that energy and mental clarity are balanced during the cleansing process.

Purvakarma - Slowly let go of processed foods, salt, sugar, and caffeine.

Why a Daily Practice?

What if I can't make it every day?
No Problem! You can watch the replays anytime during the journey and for an additional 60 days after the journey.
What if I already take yoga classes?
Great! I love taking classes too! This journey is not meant to replace what you are already doing; it is meant to take you to the next level of your spiritual growth.
What if I'm scared I won't be able to do it every day?
Something inside you is curious and excited because you have read to the bottom of this page. Listen to that inner voice. Take the first step to acting courageously, which means acting even though you may be afraid. Part of this journey is learning about your mind and tendencies and how to break free of fears and limiting beliefs.
What if I've never done Kundalini Yoga or Meditated?
No Problem! No previous experience is necessary. Give it a try; you won't be sorry.
Why 40 days?
We commit to 40 days to break habits that are not serving us. Because your habits define you, wouldn't it be nice to have habits that bring you joy, peace, abundance, intuition, energy, and a healthy body?
