You are the Guru
Take yourself from dark to light
This past year hasn't been easy, and it seems these intense times are with us for a while longer. We can let the mind take control or DO SOMETHING about it.
I've decided to do something about it.
For the first time and maybe the last time, I will be making the next 40-day journey LIVE EVERY day. Yep, you read that right, I will turn on my camera every day so we can all come together and meditate our way through these changing times.
Using the Mul Mantra - Root Mantra It is a mantra that gives you the compass so that you may find your true self. This true self sits within the opening of your heart. Truly embracing yourself as a divine being, one with the source.
We begin with a quick warm-up to prepare the body for meditation
Set the navel point, open your creative flow, and stretch into new possibilities.
Meditate with Mantra & Celestial Communication
Celestial communication is a moving meditation to open the heart, strengthen the aura, and magnify your subtle and radiant body
Sunday we take a deep dive into understanding the mantra and the movements.
Along with check-in & questions
Our time together will have two main parts. You decide at what level you want to commit.
1. Mon-Sat: Meditate LIVE via Zoom 6:30-7:00 am
(We start with a quick Kriya to warm up, then Meditate. (Live or watch the weekly recording, repeat recording daily)
2. Sunday: Meditate & Learn LIVE via Zoom 6:30 - 7:30 am
(Sunday we will take a deeper dive into the understanding of the mantra and do our meditation. also recorded)
Why a Daily Practice?
Because connecting to a daily spiritual practice gives you the strength to cut through the negativity, fears, challenges and exceed your expectations.
This daily practice is often called Sadhana, which is a Sanskrit word that means daily spiritual practice. It's the foundation for you to make the physical, emotional, and mental shift needed to communicate with the divine inside of you and all around you.
The best time to do your spiritual practice is early in the morning between four and seven o’clock, the nectar hour. The sun is at a 60-degree angle to Earth, so you are picking up the solar wave as it's rising. Anything you do is 40x more powerful
The early morning hours are also much more peaceful. No noise, no chaos, no stress from hours past. It's easy to tap into the higher realm during this naturally serene time of day.
When you first start this practice of getting up early it isn't always easy, but before you know it you will want to get up early and early because your heart is calling you to it. As you continue this journey of getting up early you begin to notice you are more creative, more productive, and every challenge in your life becomes an opportunity.
Become a spiritual scientists give it a try see what happens, join us.

FAQ's
What if I can't make it every day?
No Problem! You can watch the replays anytime during the 40 days.
What if I already take yoga classes?
Great! I love taking classes too! This journey is not meant to replace what you are already doing, it is meant to take you to the next level of your spiritual growth.
What if I'm scared I won't be able to do 40 days?
Something inside of you is curious and excited because you have read all the way to the bottom of this page. Listen to that inner voice. Take the first step to acting courageously, which means acting even though you may be afraid. Part of this journey is learning about your mind, your tendencies, and how to break free of fears and limiting beliefs.
What if I've never done Kundalini Yoga or Meditated?
No Problem! No previous experience is necessary. Give it a try, you won't be sorry.
Why 40 days?
We commit to 40 days to break habits that are not serving us. Because your habits define you, wouldn't it be nice to have habits that bring you joy, peace, abundance, intuition, energy, and a healthy body?
